Common use of Special Needs Journey Level Training Clause in Contracts

Special Needs Journey Level Training. (A) When the Employer has a need for Special Needs Journey-Level Training, consistent with the semi-an- nually published Xxxxxxxxx Training Program sched- ule of classes, training will be provided at no cost to the employer when a sufficient number of employees are available for classes. If a scheduled class is not available to meet the employer’s needs, the employer may request the development of an industry program through the respective established JATC, or another expedient vehicle if recommended by the Director of Training.
