Common use of Special Equipment, Warranties and Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Special Equipment, Warranties and Guaranties. (a) It is recognized that certain equipment of a highly technical and specialized nature may be installed at Project Work sites. The nature of the equipment, together with the requirements for manufacturer’s warranties, may dictate that it be prefabricated, pre-piped and/or pre-wired and that it be installed under the supervision and direction of the College’s and/or manufacturer’s personnel. The Unions agree to install such equipment without incident.

The Unions agree to install that such equipment is to be installed without incident.

The nature of the equipmentmaterials, equipment and systems, together with the requirements for of manufacturer’s warrantiesor vendor’s warranty, may dictate that it be prefabricated, pre-piped piped, and/or pre-wired and that it be installed under the supervision and direction of the CollegeDistrict’s and/or manufacturer’s personnel. The Unions agree that such material, equipment and systems are to install such equipment be installed without incident.
