Special Equipment Operation. A field maintenance employee who is assigned to operate the ten- wheel dump truck or the ten-wheel hydraulic vacuum line cleaning truck shall be a Maintenance Worker III. In the event that an employee in a class with a lesser pay range is assigned to operate one of these pieces of equipment, that employee shall receive work out-of-class pay in accordance with Section 20.00 of the Memorandum of Understanding.
