Professional Certification Incentive Program. Employees shall be eligible for the Professional Certification Incentive Program when possessing an authorized license or certificate that reflects their achievement in attaining certification for professional excellence and experience as follows:
Professional Certification Incentive Program. Employees represented by the Association of Engineering Employees shall receive $200 per month additional compensation, when possessing an authorized license or certificate that reflects their achievement in attaining certification for professional excellence and experience, in accordance with Personnel Policy and Procedures regarding the Professional Certification Incentive Program.
