No more than 60% of the total eligible expenditure of the programme shall be available for infrastructure (hard measures). The relevant public institution(s) in the Slovak Republic in charge of the policy area in question, including the Ministry of Culture, shall be actively involved in the preparation and 11 implementation of the programme, specifically as member(s) of the Cooperation Committee. Bilateral ambitions: € 125,000 shall be allocated to the programme from the fund for bilateral relations. This does not prevent the Joint Committee for Bilateral Funds from allocating additional funds to the programme.
