Spare Parts Price. 12.3.1. For Spare Parts that may be ordered by the IAA as specified in section 8.2 above, the Supplier shall be entitled to receive payment according to prices which shall not exceed the prices of such parts according to the manufacturer's official price list attached to the Supplier Proposal as of the date of order, less 10%.
