SPACECRAFT STORAGE. (A) In the event of a delay or failure to launch which is attributable to Contractor, Contractor, at its expense, shall provide for all transportation, storage (if needed), testing and refurbishment and any Work and expense of maintenance to prevent deterioration of a Spacecraft required before and until such time as a rescheduled launch can reasonably be effected. (B) If Purchaser has not secured a firm launch commitment for Spacecraft having completed PSR, then Purchaser shall direct Contractor to store such Spacecraft and the provisions of Article 29(A) and of the Storage Plan shall apply. (C) Title and risk of loss for a Spacecraft to be stored in accordance with this Article 28 shall remain with, and the associated cost of insurance shall be borne by Contractor.
