Space Planning, Design and Working Drawings. Tenant shall provide and designate architects and engineers licensed in State in which the Premises are located and reasonably acceptable to Landlord, which architects and engineers will complete construction and mechanical drawings and specifications as required to construct the Tenant Improvements.
