Solicit or Hire Employer’s Employees. Executive SHALL NOT, directly or indirectly, hire, employ or attempt to hire or employ any person who is an employee of the Employer or an employee of any affiliated company of the Employer, or who was within the preceding twelve (12) month period an employee of the Employer, or in any way (1) cause or assist or attempt to cause or assist any employee to leave the Employer or (2) directly or indirectly seek to solicit, induce, bring about, influence, promote, facilitate, or encourage any current employee of the Employer to leave the Employer to join a Competitor, Vendor, Supplier, Client/Customer, Distributor/Subdistributor or otherwise.
