Solar Projects. Provider purchases solar electricity from its generation and transmission provider, Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc. (“Wabash Valley”). The solar electricity is generated by certain solar electric generating facilities (“Solar Projects”) that Wabash Valley has included within this community solar program (“Program”). The Solar Projects that are part of the Program are subject to change from time to time in the discretion of Wabash Valley. Upon request, Provider will provide Subscriber with a list of the current Solar Projects in the Program.

Solar Projects. COOPERATIVE purchases electricity generated by solar facilities from its G&T, Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc. (“Wabash Valley”). The solar electricity is generated by a number of solar electric generating facilities (“Solar Projects”). COOPERATIVE advises and Member acknowledges and agrees that the list of Solar Projects is subject to change from time to time. Within thirty (30) days of Member’s request, COOPERATIVE shall provide Member with a copy of the list of current Solar Projects from which Wabash Valley acquires solar electricity.
Solar Projects. The Solar Projects to be installed at the BDD Facility are a 739.2 KWdc Utility-Interactive Photovoltaic System at Booster Station #1A and a 278.08 kWdc Utility- Interactive Photovoltaic System at the Xxxxxxx Lift Station as depicted and described on the Site Plans for each, attached as Exhibit A-1 (Booster Station #1A) and Exhibit A-2 (Xxxxxxx Lift Station).

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

Any capital expenditure that exceeds the BFI’s delegated capital limit must be referred to the DCMS Finance Committee for approval at three stages of development, as set out in guidance issued by the Department. The figure used in calculating whether the costs exceed the delegated limit is the lifetime cost of the capital project, including non- exchequer funding and any increased running costs ensuing from it.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects. The provisions must be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.
