SOIL BORINGS, GEOTECHNICAL TESTING. Soil borings or test pits; chemical, mechanical, structural, or other tests when deemed necessary; and, if required, an appropriate professional interpretation thereof and recommendations. Consultant shall recommend necessary tests to City.
