Skills Required Mandatory. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure all of the Contractors staff have and continue to have the appropriate mandatory requirements during the contract duration. Technical Requirements:  Appropriate C&G, BTEC or L2 NVQ certification  Licensed ECS card-holder  Xxxxxxxx trained to work at heights at all client Premises  Xxxxxxxx trained to work in confined spaces at all client Premises  Formally trained in manual handling to work at all client Premises Desirable  Electrical installation regulations (e.g. 17th Edition Wiring Regs),  City and Guilds 3666 Level 2 (fibre optic and copper internal environment units),  Licensed to drive a Cat B vehicle or above,  Licensed ECS card-holder or industry H&S equivalent,  Registered membership with a professional body (e.g. IET),  Previously recognised H&S role (e.g. first-aider, fire-warden, etc).
