SKAGIT ON. CALL - The City and the Union agree that each Skagit Generation Supervisor will receive an extra one (1) hours pay (at the overtime rate) for each day of the regular pay period as “on-call” pay for their off duty hours. The current arrangement allows for 10 hours pay each pay period, and this will change that arrangement to 14 days per pay period. A Generation Supervisor will be designated as the primary contact with the others as back-up to be contacted should the primary Supervisor become temporarily unavailable.
