Size and Party i. The number of persons stipulated for each property on our website, advertisements or literature published by us must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Only the number of adults, children and infants stated by you and listed on the owners booking information may occupy the premises overnight. We normally class children as being under 16 and infants as being 2 years old or under.

Size and Party i. The number of persons stipulated for each property on our website, advertisements or literature published by us must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Only the number of adults, children and infants stated by you and listed on the owner’s booking information may occupy the premises at any time day or night unless you have the written permission of the owner prior to your stay. We normally class children and young people as being under 25 and infants as being under 2 years old and the maximum number of people includes children and infants. The owner reserves the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of a breach of these occupancy conditions or the policy relating to animals below.
