Regulatory Examinations, is hereby amended to include the following immediately after the third (3rd) sentence: “Transfer Agent or Transfer Agent personnel shall promptly take action at its expense to correct those matters or items identified in any such inspection or audit that require correction, to the extent and in such manner as mutually agreed (provided, however, any item identified in a SSAE 18 Audit will be addressed in accordance with the management response).”
