Site-Specific Orientation. ‌ At institutions/regional business offices that conduct site-specific orientation, the Union will be allowed thirty (30) minutes of presentation time to speak on matters concerning the rights of employees, responsibilities of the Union, and services available to the membership. A Union Representative and/or local Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be responsible for the presentation. The designated Union Representative will be notified of all site-specific orientations, both custody and non-custody. The notice will be provided no later than fourteen (14) calendar daysprior to the orientation date and will include the names of the employees covered under the parties’ CBA expected to be in attendance. Within seven (7) calendar days of such notice, the designated Union Representative will notify the local appointing authority or designee of the name of the individual(s) who will be responsible for the presentation.

Site-Specific Orientation. Aera provides site specific orientation at most field locations. This orientation identifies hazards that may be encountered. Greensteam shall ensure that Greensteam Personnel attend the first available site specific orientation. Aera’s representatives will assist with scheduling.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:

  • New Hire Orientation The Union’s Business Representative or designee shall be given the opportunity to make a membership presentation at the employer’s regularly scheduled new employee orientation sessions.

  • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
