Common use of Site Backup Clause in Contracts

Site Backup. At Vendor's expense, Vendor shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.

Site Backup. At Vendor's Provider’s expense, Vendor Provider shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.. (d) Site Downloads. Provider at its expense shall make a complete backup of the Website every day. On the first day of every month, and at any other time as reasonably requested by Customer, Provider at its expense shall deliver to Customer a complete electronic copy of the Website (including all Provider Tools). In the event that service is interrupted to the WebsiteWebsites, and to the extent it is reasonably possible the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website Websites continues without interruption. XXXxXXXX.xxx shall make best commercially reasonable efforts to compile a complete backup at least daily.
