Content Control. Holder acknowledges that ARIN does not have the ability to control or influence content accessible through or facilitated by those who receive number resources, directly or indirectly, from ARIN.

Content Control. Customer shall have sole control over the Content. Provider shall not supplement, modify or alter any Work Product which has been accepted by Customer or any Content (other than modifications strictly necessary to upload the Content to the Website) except with Customer’s prior written consent. Provider shall upload all Content, including updates, to the Website within 24 hours of delivery to Provider. Provider shall also permit Customer to electronically transmit or upload Content directly to the Website. (c)
Content Control. Customer will be solely responsible for creating, managing, linking, editing, reviewing, deleting and otherwise controlling all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video and other data for Customer's Website and all user­generated content which is provided on the Website (collectively the "Content"). TierraNet is a conduit only, and Customer has complete discretion of the Content, subject to the attached TierraNet Policies.
Content Control. Client will be solely responsible for creating, managing, reviewing and otherwise controlling the Client Content on the Web Site. Client acknowledges that, by only providing Client with the ability to publish and distribute the Client Content, WildCard is acting as a passive conduit for the distribution and publishing of the Client Content. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if WildCard reasonably believes that any Client Content may create liability for WildCard, Client agrees that WildCard may, upon prior notice to Client, take any actions reasonably necessary with respect to the Web Site that WildCard believes are prudent or necessary to minimize or eliminate WildCard's potential liability.
Content Control. Customer agrees and acknowledge that OPTIVON exercises no control whatsoever over any Content and is a passive conduit in providing any SMS Service. As between Customer and OPTIVON, Customer is responsible for (i) the Content of any Message delivered by it, or by any third party on its behalf, to a OPTIVON Gateway for further transmission to a Network Operator and (ii) the acts or omissions of Customer, any Customer Affiliate, and any Subscriber with respect to any Content of any Message.
Content Control. Publisher may request to have any advertising removed from Publisher’s Websites if Publisher determines, in its sole discretion, that such advertising is unsuitable for Publisher’s Websites. If Publisher makes a request for the removal of advertising from Publisher’s Websites, WOWIO shall make the changes requested by Publisher within twenty-four (24) hours of WOWIO’s receipt of such request. Publisher may also submit in advance a list of advertisers and/or types of advertisers Publisher does not want to run on Publisher’s Websites or software.

Content Control. The Judge’s Discretion Content control comes up, if it is concluded that the gener- al terms and conditions could not balance the interests of parties through the interpretation control. Content control has been regulated in the article 25 of the TCO. According to this provision, the provisions, which defy the principal of good faith, that are disadvantageous to the counterparty of the contract or aggravate the counterparty’s status cannot be implemented in general terms and conditions. Content control is a control which is carried out as a last resort, be- cause it directly interferes to the freedom of contract. In content control, the control mechanism tool is principal of good faith. The judicial discretion have been vested by the article 25 of the TCO, which is a special implementa- tion of principal of good faith regulated in the article 2 of TCC. The judge will evaluate the concrete case and deter- mine that whether there is a contradiction in principal of good faith or not, and if the judge finds the terms and con- ditions breach the principal of good faith, aforesaid terms and conditions shall be deemed to be unwritten.
