Site Backup. Contractor shall maintain daily backups of the Server Environment sufficient to reestablish a fully functional site within 5 business days. Such backups shall be made available to NYSERDA within 3-5 business days upon request.
Site Backup. At Provider’s expense, Provider shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption. (d) Site Downloads. Provider at its expense shall make a complete backup of the Website every day. On the first day of every month, and at any other time as reasonably requested by Customer, Provider at its expense shall deliver to Customer a complete electronic copy of the Website (including all Provider Tools). Included in the hosting fee, Ciesa shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location on a daily basis (retained for a total of 31 consecutive calendar days prior to the current day), and monthly (retained for a total of 6 consecutive months prior to the current month) basis.

If the service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server will activated so that public access to the Website continues uninsponsed. (D) DOWNLOAD THE SITE. Suppliers at the expense of this will make a complete backup of the Website every day. On the first day of each month, and at any other time as the Customer reasonably requests, the Provider at its expense shall deliver to the Customer a complete electronic copy of the Website (including all Supplier Tools). (E)

Site Backup. At Neptune's expense, Neptune shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a separate server. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the separate server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website is uninterrupted.
Site Backup. A need has always existed for schools to keep a copy of business critical as well as sensitive data in a secure off-site location which will ensure that the school can resume normal operations as quickly as pos- sible in the event of a disaster. The council can provide this service to schools as a costed service.
Site Backup. Scope shall make and maintain a regular backup containing a complete and current copy of Client’s Website.
Site Backup. At Zoovy's expense, Zoovy shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website may continue uninterrupted.
Site Backup. At Xxxxxxx Xxxx Center’s expense, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Center shall backup the content of the Website in a commercially reasonable manner for a running period of thirty (30) days.
