Simultaneous Purchase. The U.S. Equity Group shall have contributed not less than $___________ in cash to the Company.
Simultaneous Purchase. Each of the Purchasers shall have simultaneously purchased the Purchased Securities to be purchased by such Purchaser.

You have opted to simultaneously purchase a Hispanic Tax franchise and a Liberty Tax Service franchise for the same territorial area as described in Schedule A of each applicable Franchise Agreement (“Territorial Area”) via a bundle, which will be offered until November 30, 2014. As described in the Hispanic Tax Franchise Agreement, applicable Special Stipulations, Disclosure Document and pursuant to this Special Stipulation, the initial franchise fee for Hispanic Tax will be $0. You will also be required to pay the Liberty Tax Service initial franchise fee and deposits outlined in the Liberty FDD and Franchise Agreement prior to closing. You must submit 20% of the Liberty initial franchise fee prior to attending EOT. If you do not pass Hispanic Tax and Liberty EOT in accordance with our normal standards, Liberty will refund this amount to you. You must submit the remainder of the franchise fees and any applicable deposits prior to closing. In addition to the Liberty Franchise Agreement and required documents, you will be required to sign the Hispanic Tax Franchise Agreement and required documents.
Simultaneous Purchase. Each of the other Purchasers shall have purchased and paid for its Purchased Shares as of the Closing. ARTICLE 4
Simultaneous Purchase. Each of the Purchasers will simultaneously purchase the Purchased Securities to be purchased by such Purchaser on such Closing Date.
Simultaneous Purchase. The Purchaser shall not be obliged to complete the purchase of any of the Shares unless the purchase of all the Shares is completed simultaneously in accordance with this agreement.
