Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. Change in Form of Business Organization If, during the term of this Agreement, the form of CONTRACTOR’s business organization changes, or the ownership of CONTRACTOR changes, or when changes occur between CONTRACTOR and other businesses that could impact services provided through this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, detailing such changes. A change in the form of business organization may, at COUNTY’s sole discretion, be treated as an attempted assignment of rights or delegation of duties of this Agreement.
