SIGNED PROPOSAL CONSIDERED AN OFFER. The signed Proposal shall be considered an offer on the part of the Proposer or firm, which offer shall be deemed accepted upon approval by the City Commission of the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida and in case of default on the part of the successful Proposer or firm, after such acceptance, the City may take such action as it deems appropriate, including legal action, for damages or specific performance.
