Common use of Signature Verification Clause in Contracts

Signature Verification. You agree that the Bank has no duty to visually inspect signatures on checks to determine whether multiple signatories have executed a check and the Bank may debit your account based on a single signature of an authorized accountholder. Any multiple signature requirement that you may have is for your internal use only, and you understand and agree that the Bank does not provide multiple signature verification services for accounts, unless we expressly agree to in writing.
