Common use of SIGNATORY WARRANTY Clause in Contracts

SIGNATORY WARRANTY. The undersigned signatory for A/E hereby represents and warrants that the signatory is an officer of the organization for which he/she has executed this Agreement and that he/she has full and complete authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the firm. The above-stated representations and warranties are made for the purpose of inducing County to enter into this Agreement.

The above-stated representations and warranties are made for the purpose of inducing County to enter into this Agreement.

The undersigned signatory for A/E Firm hereby represents and warrants that the signatory is an officer of the organization for which he/she has executed this Agreement Contract and that he/she has full and complete authority to enter into this Agreement Contract on behalf of the firm.
