Common use of Signage and Lighting Clause in Contracts

Signage and Lighting. ‌ Lessee shall not erect, paint upon, attach, exhibit or display in, on, or about the Leased Premises any sign (or install or operate any exterior light or lighting on the Leased Premises) without obtaining the: (1) appropriate permits and approvals from agencies having jurisdiction and (2) the prior express written consent of the Airport Executive Director.
