Exterior Lighting. Developer shall provide sufficient exterior security lighting that is 31 automatically activated at low light levels to maintain 2-foot candles of lighting within the 32 building and parking areas.
Exterior Lighting d. Repairs or damage to PREMISES resulting from malfunctioning of building heating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, plumbing or electrical fixtures.
Exterior Lighting. Exterior lighting shall conform to the Design Guidelines and shall not be of such intensity, size, color or location as to be a nuisance to Owners or the public.
Exterior Lighting. Permanent external lighting on the Lot is allowed as long as such lighting does not become a nuisance to other Residents. Resident is responsible for bulbs in exterior lighting.
Exterior Lighting. Tenant understands that any marquee lights and/or lamps in front of the Premises are connected to Tenant's electric meter and Tenant agrees to pay for the electricity consumed in operating them. Such lights shall be operated from dusk until 9:30 p.m. each day. Tenant shall maintain, repair and replace any said marquee lights and/or lamps not later than ten (10) days after notification by Landlord.
Exterior Lighting. All exterior lighting proposed for the subject lands shall be installed only in the locations and in accordance with specifications shown on the approved plans referenced herein unless otherwise approved in writing by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management. Sharp cut-off fixtures or, in exceptional circumstances only, an alternative fixture design approved by the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management, shall be used to minimize possible lighting glare onto adjacent properties. It is noted that exterior lighting includes exterior building lighting.
Exterior Lighting a. All exterior lighting shall have full cutoff light fixtures.
Exterior Lighting. Exterior deck lighting shall be provided and installed to provide sufficient lighting and maintain an illumination level on the decks for safe operation at night. Weather tight, bulkhead mounted LED type fixtures shall be installed along the sides and ends of the deckhouse. The switches shall be located on the console in the pilothouse.
Exterior Lighting. Tenant shall have the right to install, ----------------- maintain, operate, augment and repair exterior lighting at the Building. Tenant will do so at Tenant's sole cost and expense and within governmental boundaries.
