Exterior Lighting. Developer shall provide sufficient exterior security lighting that is 31 automatically activated at low light levels to maintain 2-foot candles of lighting within the 32 building and parking areas.

Exterior Lighting d. Repairs or damage to PREMISES resulting from malfunctioning of building heating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, plumbing or electrical fixtures.
