Common use of Sick Leave Revoked Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Revoked. The City Manager shall revoke sick leave if it is determined that the employee is not in compliance with the provisions of paragraphs C. 2. a. and C. 2. b. above.

Sick Leave Revoked. The City Manager shall revoke sick leave if it is determined that the employee is not in compliance with the provisions of paragraphs C. 2Article III. a. B.2.a. and C. 2b. III.B.4. b. aboveReturn to Work III.B.4.a. When employees are absent more than five (5) consecutive work days on sick leave, the employee upon their return to work shall submit a signed document from their medical provider stating that the absence was medically necessary, and any work restrictions, if applicable. If the employee is given work restrictions by their medical provider upon their return to work, the employee will be referred to the City of Xxxxxxx’x XXX Coordinator.
