Common use of Sick Leave Revoked Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Revoked. The City Manager shall revoke sick leave, if the employee or employee’s family members are not, in fact, sick or incapacitated from performing their duty, or if they have engaged in private or other public work while on such sick leave.
