Sick Leave and Personal Leave. The Board shall grant sick leave for each full-time employee based on the table below, with unlimited accumulation. Sick leave shall be interpreted to mean personal illness, quarantine at home, or illness or death in the family or household. The family shall include parents, spouse, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, grandparents, parents-in-law, brothers- or sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and legal guardians or members of the household. Exceptions may be granted by administrative approval.
