Sick and Annual Leave. shall continue to accrue, and the employee shall be eligible for holiday pay, so long as the employee is continuing to receive payment for accumulated sick or annual leave. Thereafter, the employee shall not accrue vacation or sick leave or be eligible for holiday pay.
