Common use of Shuttles Clause in Contracts

Shuttles. In the interests of safety, the Company will be proactive and be prepared to supply shuttles/transportation to Employees who work, or who are expected to work, in excess of fourteen (14) hours per day outside of the Calgary Zone and who are then required to report back to work with less than ten (10) hours of turnaround. In the event that employees are separated from their private vehicles because of the need to transport them after working in excess of fourteen (14) hours the Company will make suitable arrangements to reunite the employee with their vehicle.
