Short-Term Leave and Disability Plan Top-Up (STLDPT. For teacher absences that extend beyond the eleven (11) sick leave days provided above, teachers will have access to a sick leave top up for the purpose of topping up salary to one hundred percent (100%) under the Short-term Leave and Disability Plan.
