Common use of Short-Term and Long-Term Availability Clause in Contracts

Short-Term and Long-Term Availability. (a) Except as noted in (C)(3)(b), all casual employees shall provide for each month availability schedules in writing (or by an alternative method contemplated in (E)(I)(7)) to the Employer. These schedules must be provided by the first day of the month prior to the start of the following month, and must indicate the shifts and days when they are not available, if that availability differs from their stated availability for the previous month.
