Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Representation. An employee who is called into a meeting that could reasonably result in a written warning or more serious discipline will be advised, at least 24 hours in advance, of her/his right to have a shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present.

The Local Union shall also appoint or otherwise select a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to represent employees engaged in custodial work in each area (as listed in Schedule A) and stewards to represent those engaged in maintenance, one of whom shall be designated as lead ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The selecting of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in a designated area does not in any way restrict the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to that area. The Local Union shall notify the Board in writing of the names of its officers, lead ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, stewards and members of the bargaining and grievance committees and of any changes upon occurrence.

The appropriate Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2 may be present to discuss a grievance submitted to the Employer at a grievance 3 meeting held pursuant to the grievance procedure set forth in Article 6. The 4 appropriate Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be present if requested by the employee at an 5 investigatory meeting conducted by the Employer, which could result in the 6 discipline or discharge of an employee, provided that such employee has 7 requested Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ representation.

The selecting of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in a designated area does not in any way restrict the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to that area.
