Common use of Shiftworkers Clause in Contracts

Shiftworkers. (a) Notwithstanding, the provisions of clause 4.1.2, this Agreement will be deemed to contain the definition of ‘shiftworker’ contained in clause 24.2 of the Children’s Services Award. (b) The definition of a ‘shiftworker’ in paragraph (a) will be for the purposes of the additional week of leave provided by the NES.
