Common use of Shiftworkers Clause in Contracts

Shiftworkers. (a) Notwithstanding, the provisions of clause 4.1.2, this Agreement will be deemed to contain the definition of ‘shiftworker’ contained in clause 24.2 of the Children’s Services Award. (b) The definition of a ‘shiftworker’ in paragraph (a) will be for the purposes of the additional week of leave provided by the NES.

Shiftworkers. (a) Notwithstanding, the provisions of clause 4.1.24.1.3, this Agreement will be deemed to contain the definition of ‘shiftworker’ contained in clause 24.2 of the Children’s Services Award. (b) The definition of a ‘shiftworker’ in paragraph (a) will be for the purposes of the additional week of annual leave provided by the NES.

Shiftworkers. (a) Notwithstanding, the provisions of clause 4.1.24.1.3 above, this Agreement will be deemed to contain the definition of ‘shiftworker’ contained in clause 24.2 of the Children’s Services AwardAward 2010, or its successor or clause 34.2 of the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020, or its successor. (b) The definition of a ‘shiftworker’ in paragraph (a) will be for the purposes of the additional week of leave provided by the NES.

Shiftworkers. (a) Notwithstanding, the provisions of clause 4.1.2paragraphs 4.1.3 above, this Agreement will be deemed to contain the definition of ‘shiftworker’ contained in clause 24.2 of the Children’s Services Award or clause 32.2 of the Clerks – Private Sector Award. (b) The definition of a ‘shiftworker’ in paragraph (a) will be for the purposes of the additional week of leave provided by the NES.
