Common use of Shift Transfers Clause in Contracts

Shift Transfers. Employees transferred from a 24-hour shift will be paid 12 hours of overtime, in accordance with Section 15.2, for every holiday that occurred while they were assigned to a 24-hour shift. Employees will not be transferred from a 24-hour shift to prevent them from earning holiday pay.

Shift Transfers.
