Common use of Shift Rates Clause in Contracts

Shift Rates. The following shift and weekend hourly loadings shall be paid in addition to the wage rates in this Agreement for each shift worked: • For weekday shifts finishing after 7.00pm and at or before 8.00am – 30% • For Saturday shifts – 50% • For Sunday shifts – 100% • For Public Holiday shifts – 150%
