OH&S Representation Sample Clauses

OH&S Representation. The Employer shall provide accredited training to the OH&S Representatives and OH&S Committee Members to assist them to exercise their functions. The employer is to permit the Health & Safety Representatives and OH&S Committee Members to take such time off work without loss of remuneration or other entitlements to attend agreed OH&S courses and to enable them to perform their duties under this agreement.
