Common use of Shift Premiums Clause in Contracts

Shift Premiums. (a) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid an evening shift premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hours. (b) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

Shift Premiums. A premium of ninety-nine cents (a$0.99) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee per hour shall be paid an to all Employees working the evening shift (2nd Shift) and a premium of two dollars one dollar and ten thirty-five cents ($2.101.35) per hour for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hours. (b) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid a to all Employees working the night shift (3rd Shift). Shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form be included as part of the employee’s straight base pay for purposes of calculating overtime and premium, notwithstanding paragraph 417 of Article XII. Shift premiums will be paid for time hourly rateworked only.

Shift Premiums. Shift Premiums. 7.01 An employee shall receive a premium as follows: (a) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid During an evening shift premium of two dollars and ten cents from 19:00 hours to 07:00 hours, $1.25 ($2.101 dollar twenty five cents) per an hour for each every hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hoursin that time. Shift Premiums. (a) Effective January 1, 2013 an Evening Premium: Any employee shall be paid for whom half or more of her working hours during any given work day falls between 16h00 and 24h00 will receive an evening hourly shift premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour 0.89 for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hours. (b) Effective January during that period. The Evening Premium shall be equivalent to the following amount: As of June 1, 2013 an employee shall be 2022 $1.04 As of June 1, 2023 $1.07 Employees are not entitled to this premium when they are being paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) at the rate provided for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hoursovertime. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

Shift Premiums. (aA) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid an evening shift premium of two dollars and ten cents Evening Shift (after 3:00 pm) - $2.10) 0.60 per hour Night Shift (after 10:00pm) – $0.70 per hour (B) An employee normally scheduled on evening or night shift who is temporarily moved to day shift at the request of management for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hourseither work or training will maintain any shift premiums they are currently receiving. This will not apply to employees who volunteer to change shifts. (bC) Effective January 1When coming from nights to days for training or down days, 2013 an employee shall be paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hoursyou do not lose your evening premium. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

(b) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty Night Premium Thirty cents ($2.500.30) for each per hour worked evening premium payable for hours in a shift where the majority of the hours scheduled are between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

Shift Premiums. (a) Effective January 1, 2013 an 21.01 An employee shall be paid an evening hourly premium in addition, to the regular salary rate for working the afternoon shift and an hourly premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour in addition to the regular salary rate for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hoursworking the midnight shift. Overtime will not be paid on the shift premium. (b) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee 21.02 The following premiums shall be paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents (apply: Afternoon Night $2.50) for each 0.50/hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate$0.65/hour

(b) Effective January 1, 2013 an An employee shall working a 7 1\2 hour night shift will be paid a night shift premium of two seven dollars and fifty forty cents ($2.507.40) for each hour shift premium where 50% or more of the hours worked are between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

(b) Effective January 1, 2013 an An employee shall working a 7 1\2 hour night shift will be paid a night shift premium of two dollars five dollar and fifty forty cents ($2.505.40) for each hour shift premium where 50% or more of the hours worked are between 2300 hours and 0700 hours. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate

Shift Premiums. (a1) Effective January August 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid an evening 2021, employees working afternoon shift premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour for each hour worked between 1800 hours and 2300 hours. (b) Effective January 1, 2013 an employee shall be paid a night shift premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) 1 per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours and 0700 hoursthe entire shift worked. (c2) The premiums provided Effective August 1, 2021, employees working night shift shall be paid a shift premium of $1.25 per hour for the entire shift worked. (3) Effective August 1, 2021, employees shall be paid a shift premium of $1.25 per hour for all hours over the weekend. (4) Where applicable, an Employee shall be eligible to receive weekend premium in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rateaddition to either afternoon or night shift premium.

Shift Premiums. Effective January 1, 2010 night shift premium to increase to $1.85 per hour. (c) The premiums provided in 18.04 (a) and (b) above shall not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate.
