Common use of Shift Premiums Clause in Contracts

Shift Premiums. a) All employees working the night shift shall be paid a shift differential of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for the entire shift worked. A night shift shall be defined as shift that falls between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
