Common use of Shift Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Shift Exchanges. Employees will be permitted to exchange days off, or shifts, with other employees by completing the appropriate forms, as supplied by the Employer, and with the Employer’s permission. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. The Employer has no obligation for any premium payment arising out of any such exchange.
