Sheriff Informed Sample Clauses

The 'Sheriff Informed' clause requires that the local sheriff or relevant law enforcement authority be notified about certain actions or events specified in the agreement. In practice, this might apply to situations such as the execution of a court order, eviction, or enforcement of a judgment, where the sheriff's awareness or involvement is necessary for legal compliance or safety. The core function of this clause is to ensure that law enforcement is properly informed, thereby facilitating lawful procedures and reducing the risk of disputes or unauthorized actions.
