Union Non-Non-Interference. The FOP/OLC agrees not to interfere with the rights of employees to not become members of the FOP/OLC, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by the FOP/OLC or its representatives against any employee exercising the right to abstain from membership in the FOP/OLC or involvement in FOP/OLC activities.
