Sheds and Structures. No building of any description whatsoever is to be erected on the allotment garden without the written consent of the Chief Leisure Officer for the time being of the Borough. No permanent structures may be erected on the plots. Green Houses (one per plot) must not exceed 3 metres x 2 metres x 3 metres in dimension. Sheds (one per plot) can be either of a wooden or galvanised metal construction and dimensions not exceeding 2 metres x 2 metres x 2 metres. Any structure must be constructed to a safe standard. Any structure found to be unsafe is to be removed immediately.
