Common use of SFDC’s Role Clause in Contracts

SFDC’s Role. Customer recognizes and agrees that: (a) the Service is hosted on a technology platform called xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, provided by SFDC; and (b) to access and use the Service, Customer agrees to comply with the SFDC Platform Service Agreement (see Annex A).
