Services to Disproportionately Impacted Communities. (EC 3): services to address health disparities and the social determinants of health, build stronger neighborhoods and communities (e.g., affordable housing), address educational disparities (e.g., evidence- based tutoring, community schools, and academic, social-emotional, and mental health‌ Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Compliance and Reporting Guidance 24 supports for high poverty schools), and promote healthy childhood environments (e.g., home visiting, child care).‌‌‌‌ The initial report must describe efforts to date and intended outcomes to promote equity. Each annual report thereafter must provide an update, using qualitative and quantitative data, on how the recipients’ approach achieved or promoted equitable outcomes or progressed against equity goals during the performance period. Please also describe any constraints or challenges that impacted project success in terms of increasing equity. In particular, this section must describe the geographic and demographic distribution of funding, including whether it is targeted toward traditionally marginalized communities.‌ For the purposes of the SLFRF, equity is described in the Executive Order 13985 On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government, as issued on January 20, 2021.‌‌‌

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 10. The Borrower shall make available or cause the State and the DISCOMs to make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP, the RP and any IPP.

  • Management Generally (a) The management and control of the Partnership shall be vested in the General Partner; however, the Limited Partners shall have certain rights with respect to certain matters of the Partnership as described in this Agreement. The Limited Partners shall have no authority or right to act on behalf of the Partnership in connection with any matter and shall not engage in any way in the day-to-day business of the Partnership.

  • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • SKILLED TRADES The provisions of the General Agreement shall apply to employees in the Skilled Trades classifications except as altered by the provisions of this Article.
