Services to City. Company shall provide Services to City, and observe its other obligations, as specified in Exhibits A and C to this Agreement. Company expressly acknowledges and agrees that neither the provision of Services to City nor the satisfaction of other obligations specified in Exhibit C to this Agreement shall be chargeable against the franchise fees to be paid to City by Company pursuant to Section 7.1.1hereof.
