Services Standards. Contractor affirms that Contractor has the appropriate skill and experience to provide the Services requested by UAS. Contractor shall perform the work diligently and consistent with professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the Work. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. Contractor’s Services will be performed to UAS’s reasonable satisfaction and be in accordance with sound professional practices and standards. Contractor’s Services will be performed in strict compliance with all federal, provincial/state and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
