Common use of Services Payment Clause in Contracts

Services Payment. In consideration of the performance of the Services as described in the SOW by LICENSOR hereunder, LICENSOR agrees to invoice and LICENSEE agrees to pay LICENSOR a non-refundable payment total of US $150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) dollars at the earlier of: (i) completion of the Statement of Work or (ii) March 31, 2013.
