Common use of Services of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Services of Consultant. Dxxxxxxx will assist the Company with matters relating to the Services to be provided by Dxxxxxxx’x employees or contracted agents (the “Dxxxxxxx Personnel”). The Services are more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto. Dxxxxxxx and the Company will review the Services on a monthly basis to determine appropriate staffing requirements. Company shall have the right to request changes to the Dxxxxxxx Personnel at any time in writing. If Company makes a written request, Dxxxxxxx shall replace such Dxxxxxxx Personnel subject to the Company’s right of pre-approval.

If Company makes a written request, Dxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx shall replace such Dxxxxxxx Personnel personnel within 5 business days subject to the Company’s right of pre-pre- approval.
